He contacted me as a crypto exchanger and has a manager and he asked to send these amounts separately because his dex account that he will pay me from has restrictions of sending minimum amount of USDT so he asked to send more and more to reach his minimum then he will send me USDT amount. contacting me on FB first then Telegram and after he assured that i have no more PI he blocked me on Telegram and deleted chats.
